The Ondina Skirt is made entirely of hand-crocheted circles, featuring an asymmetrical design that can be worn high or low-waisted. It has an elasticated waistband and a back zipper closure. Each circle is meticulously handcrafted. Its beautiful pearl fringes are adorned with diverse sea-inspired ornaments such as shells, mother-of-pearl, and crystals. The Ondina Skirt is unlined; we recommend wearing hot pants or underwear in a skin tone color. 100% Crochet. Composition: 100% polyamide.

Every AMMI piece is born in the hands of our Brazilian artisans. AMMI is 100% Brazilian. The crochet work is crafted stitch by stitch, thread by thread - no machine can replicate what we do.
This is often known as haute couture, and unlike fabric that is pre-manufactured and cut-to-size, crochet (and hand-knitting) require every single stitch (known as a ´ponto´ in Portuguese) to be done by an individual, skilled craftswoman. Very few brands remain today that take this level of work and care.
Finally, when the design calls for it, stones are applied one by one, by hand, by a team of embroiderers in our São Paulo atelier. Then come the finishing touches: the seams, the securing of threads, and the details that go unseen yet ensure the garment drapes perfectly on the body. Finally, every piece undergoes rigorous quality control before being packed for shipment or displayed in our stores.
Our pieces are handmade, each one is unique. Production is 10 to 20 business days for dresses, depending on the model.
